WHERE WE STARTED
Roselle United Methodist Church Started as a combined congregation of St. Pauls' United Methodist Church and Wesley United Methodist Church (both in Roselle, NJ) shortly after St. Pauls burned down on December 27, 1984.
The new, combined congregation thrived because of the warmth and the presence of love for Christ exhibited by the members. Most of the original members have over the years moved away from the state or have been called home.
Today, the church has a very diverse congregation with members from all over the world. RUMC continues to be a vital part of the community and continues to exhibit true Christian warmth and hospitality and building disciples for Christ.
Our Small Groups offer opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development.
OUR VISION
Roselle United Methodist exists to worship God as an inclusive faith community, to nurture one another holistically, to make disciples of Jesus Christ, and to serve the whole community through love, empathy, and care for the transformation of the world.
